SQ-600-6 series automatic bottle blowing machine is our company's most stable two-step under-blowing type automatic bottle blowing equipment, from one outlet to one out of six cavities, the maximum can blow 0.6 liters, 2 liters , Suitable for blowing any shape of carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles, large-caliber bottles, high temperature resistant bottles and other packaging containers using PET, PP and other crystalline plastics as raw materials.
Machine features:
1. Fully automatic man-machine interface, convenient operation, stable operation of the whole machine, few failures and fast blowing speed.
2. All parts of the whole machine are made of reasonable materials, precision processed and manufactured, and fine surface treatment.
3. The rotary continuous preformation mechanism is adopted, which has great compatibility with preforms, stable and continuous preformation, fast speed and high efficiency, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional manipulator intermittent preformation.
4. The preforms in the heating zone are arranged densely, the heating speed is fast, the heating is uniform, and the power is saved.
5. The chain of revolution transmission in the heating zone is imported from Japan Tsubakimoto. The chain is accurate in pitch and durable.
Cast iron clamping unit
The casting molding clamping table is not only durable and has a small amount of deformation, but also can improve the stability of the machine. Engineering software analysis and optimization of the clamping system ensure fast movement and super rigidity. The clamping unit is designed with high pressure compensation to ensure the perfect quality of the final PET bottle.
Infrared heating system
The advanced air circulation heating design can keep the temperature accurate and uniform, which is the key to producing high-quality plastic bottles. In the specially designed oven, the lamp tube can be adjusted to a horizontal or vertical position, ensuring that the drying tunnel can adapt to various sizes of preforms.
Patented distance unit
The patented preform separation unit ensures the compatibility of the machine with bottles of different specifications, and at the same time helps the machine to increase the production speed of the bottle blowing.
Preform conveying and bottle unloading system
FESTO's pneumatic components ensure the reliable performance and long life of the machine, and the linear slide rail increases the moving speed. The standardized design of the manipulator can be quickly replaced according to different bottle mouths.
Stretching system
The machine adopts a servo stretching system, which ensures rapid stretching and long stretching distance. The linear slide makes the stretching action smoother and faster.
